- Client: The individual or entity requesting the services of Bee Creative Cloud.
- Company: Bee Creative Cloud, the provider of website design services.

- Agreement: The contract between the Client and Bee Creative Cloud for the provision of services.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, content, and materials required for the project in a timely manner. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
5. Fees and Payment
The Client agrees to pay Beecreative.cloud the fees outlined in the agreement. Payment terms and schedules will be specified in the agreement.
6. Revisions and Alterations
The Client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Any additional revisions or alterations requested beyond the agreed number will be subject to additional fees.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client will own the rights to the website design and any related deliverables. Bee Creative Cloud retains the right to display the completed project in its portfolio and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the project. This obligation will survive the termination of the agreement.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for any work completed up to the termination date. Bee Creative Cloud will deliver any completed work to the Client upon receipt of payment.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bee Creative Cloud will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided. The Company’s total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beecreative.cloud operates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
12. Amendments
Bee Creative Cloud reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client and will become effective upon acceptance by the Client.
